Jill Siegel-Stone

Jill Siegel-Stone is an excellent real estate agent who helped us buy two amazing properties on the Big Island. She goes out of the way to really help, no matter what kind of help is needed. She went and stood in line for us at the Hawaii Department of Water because we could not. She continued to write letters to the owners of a property we were interested in (which was in probate) and this seems to have sparked them to sell the lot which they had inherited (which appears to have been a homeless encampment for a time; lots of trash) . We are beyond happy that we can preserve Hawaiian land and treat it with the respect it deserves. Mahalo Jill! You are a treasure!

Jill was responsive and helpful. I did not have a vehicle and she provided transport for some clean up tasks. Very professional.

Jill went above and beyond helping me with my sale to a buyer who was ‘unrepresented’ -without a realtor to represent them- so she had to answer a lot of questions and provide considerable guidance to them, in addition to what she did for me. Through it all she was professional and cheerful. I highly recommend her!

Jill provided us with an excellent experience of selling our home. Her communication style is calm and extremely knowledgeable. She knows the ins and outs of the current market and is highly effective with her negotiation skills. We were able to close well above our asking price. She is very patient and thorough in explaining each step of the selling process. She is professionally dedicated and genuinely concerned for your well-being. I can’t believe how easy it was to sell our home. My family and I would highly recommend Jill to be your real estate agent for the best experience possible.

I would like to take this opportunity to compliment and highly recommend Jill as a realtor. I came to Jill as a visitor from off Island and finished in my dream home. Jill could’ve dismissed me as a window shopper because I kind of was a window shopper, but in a short amount of time she was able to identify what I wanted and have those properties sent to my email. I found a property I fell in love with, and Jill told me that an offer had just been received for that property. I decided I wanted to put in an offer as well and Jill got me to a loan officer got my prequalification and we put in an offer in the same day. That was just the Beginning, Jill walked us through every step educating and connecting us to resources. Jill even picked me up from the airport to tour the property. Jill filled every encounter with warmth and confidence. I just knew we were in good hands. Jill‘s helpfulness did not end after closing. Jill has remained a helping hand as we get established. I couldn’t ask for more. Do yourself a favor go with Jill.

Jill made the process easy. She treated us like family and was attentive to our needs. She took the time to listen to what we needed and she helped us find the perfect forever home for our 'Ohana. I would highly recommend her for anyone that is looking for that perfect home.
