This is the fourth house we have sold. Although several issues were present with this house (in a 55+ neighborhood; large house and lot for 55+, etc.), Jill was masterful in her assessment and valuation of the property. Jill was consistent with us regarding our needs and calming us when issue arose that we thought were ridiculous. Once the sale was moving forward, Jill was wonderful dealing with the buyers' agent and protected our property and our interest the entire time. We are very grateful.
