I have over 30 years experience in business and marketing. In addition to the B.A., B.S. and M.A. degrees, I hold the professional designations of Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI), Certified Buyer Representative (CBR), Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE, one of 4 in Oregon), Council of Residential Specialists (CRS), a designation for which less than 3% of Realtors nationwide can qualify. I’m also honored to have earned the Five Star Agent award for the fifth year in a row, Corvallis’ only agent so designated in Portland Monthly magazine. My husband Steve and I moved to Corvallis in 1996. Steve is an engineer at HP - so I am able to keep in touch with some of the changes happening at a major mid-Valley employer.
