I was relocating to the area for my job and was referred to Jill by my realtor out of state. Jill made the our home buying experience as stress free as possible. After a few phone conversations with her, my wife and I flew into town and Jill had a half dozen homes to show us. she spent the whole day with us and was just amazing to work with. Jill is very pleasant and professional, she was extremely prepared, detailed and knowledgeable. Because we were coming from out of State we were unable to be present for the inspections and final walk through. Jill made sure she was there in our place and ensured everything was handled properly, both my wife and i were so happy with her helpfulness as we settled in our new home. I would highly recommend Jill to anyone who is looking for a real estate professional as i will use her again for my future Real estate needs.

I have worked with a couple of pretty good realtors in the past, so I had realistic, although slightly high expectations. I'm happy to say that Jill blew those out of the water! She was such a pleasure to work with. She's extremely friendly, warm hearted, knowledgeable and went way above and beyond her scope of duties. She was there for every part of the process, even for the parts where her presence wasn't required. Her laid back, yet very diligent approach got us our amazing house in a very short amount of time. That's unheard of in today's market (unless you're paying in cash and way over the asking price). Jill really has all the best of the qualities you'd want in a realtor, not to mention the fact that she's just a sweet and funny person. There was absolutely no pressure and it was clear from the start that her priority was getting us our perfect home, not just making a sale. At the same time, she had the knowledge and ability to handle things in a determined, yet friendly manner required to get us what we wanted. She very quickly found out what the seller was looking for, in order to a make the most appealing offer, while still ensuring we didn't feel like we were overpaying. We later found out there was another very eager realtor (among a few) who was so pushy, she couldn't get the info she wanted out of the seller's agent. Thanks to Jill's expertise, we beat out nine other offers, even though ours wasn't the highest. Her very well crafted proposal really hit on all the right points for the seller and her advise on how to write a letter to the homeowner also struck all the right nerves. We are extremely grateful to have found Jill and I have already recommended her to my brother, who is starting to look into buying a home. I have no doubt his experience will be as great and successful as ours. Thank you, Jill!

Jill was my hero through this whole process. The day I decided to by a house was scary for me, but Jill jumped right in and lead me through the process. In less than three months we closed on a home, which was impressive with the market. Jill was willing to look at any house we requested and usually within a day or two of the request. She went above and beyond to get offers sent out quickly since many homes were selling within days of going on the market. I honestly cannot say enough about how wonderful Jill was to work with. The house buying process is stressful, so working with a professional who is also kind and compassionate is the only way to go.
