Three years ago we worked with Jill to buy our current home, but our former home failed to sell in the time frame we needed. After renting it for three years we didn't hesitate to call Jill when we were ready to list it again and we closed on the sale of that home last month. Despite some ups and downs in the process, Jill was able to keep the sale on track and do what needed to be done to bring us to a close as quickly as possible. She was invaluable in providing advice on how to work with existing tenants in the house we were selling and she took great pictures of our house. She is always a pleasure to work with!
