Jill was very patient in working with us over a 9-month length of time. It took us 4 months to sell our current home, and she was patient with the fact that we could not purchase a new property until that was sold because we did not want to own two properties at the same time. Then she was patient with us over another 5 months while she helped us search for a new home. It was winter and not many properties were available, but she persisted in looking "outside the box" for something that would meet our needs. She was always very responsive to our requests, meeting us at odd times and places for paperwork.
