Jill is a licensed Broker/Owner with Rassbach Realty LLC, a long-established family business based in Menomonie. She graduated from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management with a major in Marketing and a minor in Business Law.
Jill brings innovative marketing expertise, professionalism, and a strong work ethic to every client relationship. She has been licensed in real estate since 1996 and began her career working alongside her father during summers in college.
After graduation, Jill joined Ford Motor Company as a Zone Manager, where she consulted with Ford, Lincoln, and Mercury dealerships across the Midwest. In this role, she advised on profitability, inventory management, marketing, customer satisfaction, and sales best practices.
In 2007, Jill returned to the family business and has since worked alongside her father, Nick Rassbach, as business partners. A lifelong resident of Menomonie, Jill has deep local knowledge and takes pride in serving her community.
With over 30 years of experience, Jill has the expertise to guide clients through their real estate needs and is committed to exceeding expectations. As a third-generation real estate professional, she is proud to carry on the legacy established by her grandfather, Tib Rassbach, who founded the company in 1961.
