I had decided to use Jill as our realtor years before we bought our new home. Every time I saw her around town she always said hello and was so friendly to talk to. We were out looking at houses in Somerset on a Sunday, and saw a home we were interested in. Jill was the listing agent, so we called the number on the sign, and she came RIGHT over, even though the open house had ended an hour before. That particular home ended up not being the one for us but we immediately liked Jill, found her extremely professional and knowledgeable, so we decided to have her help us find a home. The next day, she called us and told us there was a home that had JUST gone on the market that sounded like everything we were looking for. The next evening, we went to the open house, and she was right - the house WAS everything we were looking for! There were some items that needed to be addressed from the inspection, and her professional contacts proved especially helpful because we were moving from out of town and had no local references as far as contractors. The items were addressed to our satisfaction with no stress on our part. Our closing was right around the same time as the first day of school. Our son was starting kindergarten in what would not only be a new school, but also a new town where he wouldn't know anyone. Jill made sure that the closing date wouldn't interfere with this very special day, and he was able to start school along with his new classmates. This really meant so much to us and our son. This kind of personal attention, care and compassion, and long with her professionalism and her knowledge of the area - the neighborhoods, the schools, and her resources, are what sets Jill apart. She absolutely went above and beyond to make the home-buying process and transition into a new town seamless and painless, not only as a professional, but as person who truly cares about her clients. I would highly recommend Jill. We truly couldn't have asked for a better agent!
