She has extensive experience in the San Lorenzo Valley, knew exactly what to do to help us get maximum value out of the house, had a great rolodex of people to help us prep the house (and showed us where we could save money by doing work ourselves). Best home sales experience due to Jill Newgren. Selling a home is stressful and exhausting. However, Jill Newgren was attentive, knowledgeable, and positive throughout...from the first meeting to the completion of sale. She was quick to respond with answers to my many questions and proactive in staying on top of all the necessary events/details so my house would continue to move forward throughout the sales process. Although I was working full time I was never out of the loop due to being kept well informed by Jill Newgren. I couldn't have hoped for a better representative when it came to selling my home!!
