My experience with Jill Moss was excellent, my house sold in 2 days, Jill was very professional and patient, I had 2 houses that I made offers on that didn’t work out, we hung in there and I found a perfect house! I recommend Jill to anyone who wants to buy a house or sell one she goes above and beyond helping with every aspect!

Working with Jill was such a pleasure! My wife and I were looking for a place for her mother, and Jill went well above and beyond to make sure that we had a great home buying experience. She also was so kind to my wife's mother - Jill really felt like family. Jill has a tremendous knowledge of Enumclaw and the surrounding areas. As a longtime resident, she's able to help you understand what areas will meet your needs and things to watch out for (that might not be immediately obvious). She is super flexible with her schedule, and she always made an effort to see houses when we were available. Her husband is a contractor, and both she and he have deep knowledge about homes old and new. Finally, Jill is just a really nice person who you want to be around. I hope we get to work together again!

This was my second purchase and my husbands first for a home. Within hours of our pre approval letter from the lender (who she recommended and they were fantastic!) She had called us to figure out what we were looking for and sent us listings of homes that fit our price range and wants. Very soon after my husband and I were out looking at the homes we were interested in. They were all beautiful homes! I love that she narrowed it down enough to where it was hard to choose! Jill was fantastic! Worked around our schedules which is nice because we work later hours. She never made us feel like we were an inconvenience. She was there every step of the way. She made herself available to us during the ups and downs of financing. She talked us through things and gave us hope when things looked like they would fall through. Another thing that was awesome and would make me laugh is when I would receive a text or a phone call asking if we had gotten requested items to the lender. Sometime with our busy schedules we would forget something but she made sure it was done! To ensure we would have a smooth process during financing. We ultimately closed the deal on our home and she was still checking in on us during the first week to ensure we were comfortable and even came out over a weekend with her husband who is a contractor to look at a sliding door we were concerned about. They did some tweaking on it and it works great now! Lol. If you are looking for an agent who is truly proactive, communicates well, is caring and will have your best interest at heart I would say go with Jill Moss!

My husband and I had five weeks to find a home, it seemed a bit unrealistic to us. But then we were fortunate enough to find Jill Moss a realtor that has been such a blessing to our family. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She is amazing! She worked everyday, day and night to find us the perfect home that satisfied all our wants and needs. Jill is kind patient, diligent, and informative. Jill showed us that she genuinely cared about our family and all our needs in a home. Jill made it possible for us to find, love, and finally buy, in the short window of time we had. Because of her dedication and hard work we now own a home that's perfect for our family and we couldn't be happier.
