Jill not only sold our house and helped us find the one we were searching for, but instructed us perfectly on what we needed to do to sell our house. How to rearrange the rooms for buyers, what to “hid away” so the spaces weren’t cluttered with kids stuff, and what rooms absolutely needed to be painted and which could be fine for a buyer.
