Jill made the entire process as easy and professional as anyone could hope for. All our questions were answered and any concerns we had were immediately addressed and taken care of. Lastly, the results of all her efforts made for a quick and much appreciated result.

When we saw our dream property online, we started on a journey with many unknown aspects. Why? Because we are not from the US, so we were not familiar with the local processes. In came Jill. She guided us through all the different stages of the buying process. She gave us extremely valuable insight into the local market (e. g. prices, local builders, agents, lawyers), made us familiar with the neighborhood, organized documents, and communicated with the sellers‘ agent. And all of this using text messages, video chats, and long-distance calls. She was always on top of things, kept her calm in even the most stressful situations, and managed everything in the most professional manner. I don‘t think we will buy another property anytime soon, but if we do I hope Jill will be there for us again.
