As a first-time buyer, we had no clue what all was involved in the home buying process. Jill came highly recommended, as many people have had a great experiences using her services. Jill turned out to be one of the sweetest person we’ve ever met. Not only did she help us find and purchase our home on some land, but she also helped with the aftermath clean up of trying to get the seller moved out so we could get moved in. She responded to any and all questions and requests very quickly and was extremely knowledgeable in all areas. There were very few questions she didn’t have the answer to, and even then she went the extra length to find the answer we were looking for. She is extremely diligent and very dedicated to her career. She has a Christ-like personality and never stopped looking trying to find exactly what we wanted. Months and months of searching and putting in offers finally paid off thanks to her. She is extremely professional and was always willing to go the extra mile to ensure we got what we were looking for. She drove over an hour on different days to show us multiple homes despite us working full-time jobs and not having ideal availability. She is 100% the best of the best and I couldn’t recommend her more!
Jill was very knowledgeable of the market. She was a wonderful guide in how we should price our home, as well as the things we could do to help it sell. Her team also took beautiful photos; which, no doubt, played a huge role in the interest of buyers. Then, when the offers came in, she helped us navigate the different terms and what would be best for us. She was available for all of our questions, and supportive through the whole process.
