Jill helped the reviewer sell this property

We bought our vacation condo from Jill in 2012. At that time we met with Jill and she showed us several units at Bay Watch in NMB. We chose the one we wanted, and Jill helped us through the negotiations very efficiently, and we bought our unit. I recommended Jill to a good friend, and he too, bought a unit with Jill's help. My friend, just recently sold his unit, and enlisted Jill's help again and the unit was sold very quickly. My wife and her sister inherited a three bedroom unit from their parents, so we decided to sell our unit, again through Jill, and it was sold in around TWO weeks! The above testimonial should show how much confidence we have in Jill and Margaret!!! I recommend Jill Lindstrand very highly, and she can be assured that if we decide to purchase another property, Jill will be contacted... Frank Montgomery Wilmington, NC
