Jill walked me through the process from start to finish, explaining clearly from from the beginning to until the final signing at closing. Starting with attaining the amount of funding I would loll be approved for from lenders, and what programs that were available for first time home buyers, tax implications, pro and cons of a newer home versus an older home, declining value in some areas vs increased value in others, and the benefits of having my own independent home inspection conducted. How to navigate the website for new listing for homes that were in the price range I was approved for, with the amenities I desired in the areas I wanted. When I wasn’t able to find a home in my desired area Jill explained the benefits of finding a home that would gain equity in other areas that offered the same or possibly more amenities. Jill was respectful, knowledgeable, patient, hardworking, she’s is easy to communicate with, and yes she answered the phone when I called, responded to text and emails promptly, and made accommodations for my work schedule, and above all trustworthy. She takes her fiduciary responsibility to her clients very serious. Her professionalism wasn’t excellence, with a good sense of humor. You can’t go wrong selecting Jill Jones as your realtor.
