I knew Jill for many years informally, as we graduated from the same university. I trust her character and her knowledge of this region where I was looking for lake property. She stayed on top of numerous extensions to the Purchase and Sale agreement which get stuck in a probate mess (7 months!). She never gave up and continued to be responsive throughout.
