At the time we met Jill, our family was facing a critical time. We lived out of town and needed a Realtor in the Birmingham area to sell our Mother's home. Jill was introduced to us by another family member who had used her in the past. From the onset, she was professional and personable. Throughout the entire process, she kept us informed, answered questions and always responded in a timely manner. On a personal level, Jill understood our concerns and handled the matter as if it was her own mother. Because of this we consider her part of our extended family.
