When we first met with Jill, we were still on the fence about when to purchase our next home. We toured a few homes with her and she provided honest, realistic guidance on what the best offer would be. But the pivotal point came when we saw tradespeople working on the home next to ours. We had tried contacting the owner in the past without any luck. Jill encouraged us to ask the tradespeople if/when the owner would stop by and that was key. We were able to make an offer before the place went on the market. Mostly because we had Jill. She helped us feel prepared, explained each step and followed up frequently throughout the escrow process. She is a true professional and we are very grateful for her.

You cannot go wrong with this realtor. She is extremely knowledgeable about the area and house market. She has proven that she could communicate very well with updates. You will be glad she is on your side when you deal with the opponent’s representative. I am definitely referring her to my friends and colleagues near the area.
