Jill was amazing to work with from start to finish. She is hard working, down to earth and very knowledgable about the area. Our home buying process was very stressful due to other issues and she remained calm under pressure and even went out of her way in many instances to make sure the transaction closed. I cannot say enough about Jill Gardner and her team at Sierra Homes and Properties. I'm compelled to write about Jill following my recent purchase in Pioneer. I've never lived in the mountains and wasn't 100% sure what type of property to purchase. Jill was my patient guide for months while I changed my mind many times. She really got to know me and pointed me in the right direction every time. Jill also equipped me with references to helpful people such as movers, insurance agents, etc., and I learned to trust her completely as every single thing she did for me was so helpful. She goes above and beyond. She's sharp, professional and caring. So rare in real estate. She is obviously quite respected by her peers as well. Knowing Jill is solid gold if you're looking to buy or sell a home and I feel so blessed to have worked with her. I doubt i'll need an agent anytime soon because i'm living in the house of my dreams.

Jill is a gem to work with. She helped me sell my dad's home after he passed away. I live 3000 miles away. And Jill kept me in the loop on everything going on. She helped us price the house right and sold it in 3 days. We couldn't have done it without her.
