Jill Friedland is a very professional real estate agent. we specifically chose her because she had previously sold 2 homes in our Belle Mead NJ neighborhood, both in a very short timeframe. She spent a considerable amount of time with us explaining the entire listing process, had very good knowledge about what buyers were looking for in our area, and set reasonable expectations on the selling price of the home. She provided good suggestions on staging suggestions in various rooms in the home and even covered at her expense a staging professional to come in and provide some additional decoration tips. The photographer she uses for the on-line and handout brochures is fantastic. The pictures were great and we feel brought in many potential buyers even in the slow market period we were selling. Jill remained active throughout the attorney review process and guiding us on what needed to get done before the closing. Jill has a warm personality and is never pushy, but will provide a professional opinion if needed.
