Her marketing was so expressive. The most import factor for me was her response to my contacting her, it was right away. She was there to stage my home, no expense to me. I had I feel lots of issues, new roof, electrical, inspections. She contacted me with answers, and contacted my problem solvers, and set it all up. While I was at work She spent hours at my home to meet the people evolved. Brian came to my aid many times, even @ 9:30 PM. House was sold fast, Jill and Brian are the best

Jill was amazing helping me with this purchase. I bought a home in an income-restricted building through an affordable housing program and she did an amazing job helping me work through it! Because of being low-income, there are unique things you have to navigate to get through the program qualifications and the lender, and Jill was incredibly helpful in getting me through on the timeline I needed. Not to mention guiding me through what you need to do when buying a new home. I could not recommend her more!

To start this review, it should be noted that Jill Forman sold our house one day after it went on the market, for $15K over our asking price! That pretty much sums up the kind of Realtor she is! How could you possibly have a more successful outcome?From the day we first met her, Jill was upbeat, cordial, helpful and efficient. She made many helpful suggestions and tailored everything to our exact needs since we had already moved to another state. She was very responsive when we needed to contact her, and returned calls and e-mails promptly. Once we had moved our belongings out, she helped coordinate the carpet stretching and cleaning and then she staged the house beautifully. The very day it went on the market we got nine appointments for showings, and by the next morning we had an offer that more than met our requirements.Jill kept things running smoothly and on time, and kept us up to date about where things stood. When the inspection revealed a couple of small repairs that needed to be made, she arranged for her husband to meet repairmen at the house to oversee the work. She also found a young woman to help sell and donate some furniture and small appliances we left behind.The experience working with Jill was painless, in fact enjoyable.
