Being a first time buyer I was very clueless to the process; Jill was so patient with me. She took the time to explain the process, requirements, timelines, everything. She understood what I wanted and gave good recommendations. I really appreciated how she never made me feel like I was bothering her with questions and she always made time to go see the houses ... and there were alot of them!
