Buying a home without actually seeing it is a little spooky. Some would call it dumb... we think we are adventurous! Choosing Jill DeLoach was the perfect choice. Jill enthusiastically did multiple showings with us via FaceTime. Once we chose a home, she met with the inspectors and appraiser and FaceTime'd us then as well so we could ask questions in real time. We just closed on our future retirement home (We call it our UP house... hope you've seen the movie!) Jill was super responsive and helpful in all aspects of the deal. We highly recommend Jill and the Mary Gilbert team!

Jill always responded very quickly to my questions and she provided very useful input as to the process involved in selling the house. She was very helpful in providing names of people that could do the minor repairs that were needed at the house. All in all, Jill made the process very painless and I would not hesitate to use her services again or to recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell property.

The team was able to support me enough that I didn't need to be there in person for the listing, showings, and closing process.
