I cannot tell you how awesome Jill was throughout the entire process. At our first meeting, she came prepared with comps and guided me so that I can decide a realistic selling price for my home. We were able to sell my home within a very reasonable amount of time, even during the holidays! Jill is an excellent negotiator and was able to help me get a great price for my home purchase. She was personable, pleasant and professional at all times. Even though she had other clients, she made me feel like I was her top priority. She returned calls and emails promptly. Jill went above and beyond to make sure we found the right house in the right neighborhood for us. We didn't know what we wanted so she showed us a pretty big variety of houses to help us figure out what what exactly we like and don't like. She was always available to answer any questions we had and when we did find our house she walked us through the process of making an offer. She continued to check in with us throughout the process and even after closing to make sure we were settling in.
