Solid advice/Solid professional!
When we rather spontaneously decided to move out of state, Jill was an absolute font of information and guidance so that we could have our house staged and ready to show within a week. She was honest and open about the possibilities, as well as the challenges we were facing. She worked multiple open houses nearly every weekend to make sure our home got the kind of attention it needed to sell quickly. With her guidance and help, we were able to sell our home for more than asking price, within the timeframe that we needed. She guided us every step of the way and made sure everything was completed to perfection. Could not have done it without her help!
