We needed an agent that was more proactive than the one we had had in previous months, and Jill started by assessing the house and what it has to offer, then she suggested virtually staging some of the rooms and setting the price at the actual market value. Everything was very well explained, she kept us in the loop on what was happening with the house, we had already moved and were several states away, so being able to see when potential buyers were going to see the house, reading their comments, all of this was very valuable to us. She always took the time to talk about different steps in the selling process, helped us negotiate at the time of the inspection and was such a joy to work with! We are immensely thankful to her for all her work and dedication, for keeping an eye on the house through the polar vortex that hit Chicago, for paying atention to the details that are required when selling a house that has a very specific market. The reason we changed agents to Jill, was because the previous agent wasn't very good at keeping us informed of the progress with the house, nor was she very knowledgeable about the pricing in the neighbourhood. With Jill helping out in the process, everything went very smoothly, she helped us negotiate with the buyers for the inspection money they were asking for. She kept us in the loop during the whole process and was very proactive, knowledgable and reassuring even after the buyers asked for two extensions for the inspection reply from the buyers. We really enjoyed working with Jill, she assessed us in the marketing strategy, setting the price correctly and was very proactive in her marketing of the house. It was a joy working with her!

We have used Jill multiple times and for good reason! She has never let us down and has always been by our side even during stressful times. She is trustworthy and will continue to use her in the future for ourselves as well as our family and friends!
