Excellent in every aspect of the business!

Jill is amazing at what she does. Our communication started way back in October last year but she already gave me her contact way back in May 2025. What drew me to her was her promise of non commital if we were not ready yet, and just to contact her when we have really decided to look around for properties. As soon as we decided, she started doing her homework and started showing us links to all the properties within our area of interest. She did not rush us to view any property just to make a sale. She asked for our preferences and helped narrow down our search. Ultimately, our choices was narrowed down to two and she help us with viewing. She gave us her thoughts and opinions on the property and carefully checked everything that needed to be checked. I haven't even asked the questions that I needed or wanted to ask and she already had an answer for it. She followed us up with every document that needed to ve done. We didn't really have to do anything except sign the necessary documents. Even after the deal was closed, she's always ready to answer all my questions. I definitively recommend Jill if anyone is looking around the Clovis/Fresno area.
