I want to start off by saying I picked Jill off realtor.com randomly (somewhat, reviews helped me to decide) and our family could not have been happier. We relocated from PA and Jill knows the area, was extremely helpful narrowing down choices before we arrived (only had two days) and she set aside the time needed to show us the area. She was part realtor, therapist and artful negotiator. You can tell she's been in the business a long time and really helped us navigate the process. I can honestly say without her help and advice we would not be in the home of our dreams. She was also not in it for the sale, and advised us (not pushed us) into decisions.
