We have known Jill Axe for about 6 years and saw each other about once a year. We decided we might want to list our home on April 25th. We called Jill and she met with us the next day with comparable sales and listings that were similar to our home's age, square footage, lot size, bedrooms, baths, garage, etc. We decided to move forward with listing our home. She advised it would probably be a quick sale and to go ahead and schedule a septic inspection to get that done timely. Jill photographed the property and had it on the MLS on April 29th. We had 15 showings in 2 days and received 5 offers, all over our asking price. Jill worked closely with the buyers' agent and suggested that scheduling their home inspection quickly would prevent delays as they are pretty booked up. We did the walk through with the buyers again after they opened escrow and they were interested in a quicker closing than the original offer. Jill was instrumental in speeding up the process and we closed on May 18th. We would recommend Jill to any sellers or buyers, she won't let you down.
