Her deep knowledge and understanding of the market, buyer mentality, seller mentality and the details of homes of a variety of ages was truly impressive. We were looking in Minneapolis and Jill's knowledge and understanding of the many neighborhoods and "micro areas" was highly valuable. During the sale of our home, Jill took a very thorough and common sense approach to preparation, staging and pricing. There were some updates that we did to prepare to sell that I didn't anticipate would be covered in our eventual sale, but I was pleasantly surprised when our final sale price more than covered the investments we made.
