These ratings are really for Jill, and I would recommend her independent of her association with Fazendin. We choose our realtor based on the person, not the firm they are associated with. Jill was wonderful. This was the fifth realtor we worked with in our lifetime and she was the best one we’ve had so far. She was recommended from an old acquaintance. We actually started working with a different realtor (different firm) and we fired him to work with Jill. My only regret is not firing that guy earlier. If Jill is still around when we sell this house she will be the first realtor we call.
