In early 2022, the housing market was still very hot and the seller of this property got many offers. Jianbo was able to get the deal done at a reasonable price which turned out to be a good deal for me, considering the rapid increase of estimated house value after the purchase. 2) Jianbo not only helped me get the house, he also helped a lot with the repairing, renovation, and management after the purchase. There were only two weeks time between the closing date of the purchase and the starting data of the lease (I bought this house as an investment property). Thanks to Jianbo who is a detail-oriented expert in house repairing and renovation, his team repaired multiple things in the house and found good contractor to install the hardwood floor in several places in a prompt manner. Later his team also worked as property manager for me. Jianbo's repairing, renovation, and management work was done so well that I never got complaints from tenants after they moved in. Overall, I feel lucky to have Jianbo as my realtor and property manager. I strongly recommend buyers to work with Jianbo in property purchase and management.

As a seller agent, Jianbo could always explain well about procedures and documents in the legal contract, which was very helpful, so as a seller I felt so easy and relaxed in selling the house. Jianbo is the most dependable agent I had ever met. He is very responsible to his client. He passes info between the buyer and the seller with precision and no delay, making the two communicate with no barrier and the selling process went very smoothly. I was leaving the city in a hurry, Jianbo helped speeding up listing the house in the market. He effectively worked to have made the house sold right before I leave the city. I am very happy with this result. Jianbo says it's my luck, and I say it's his work. Another big help Jianbo provided me was the post sell support.
