Jhonathan was referred to me by mutual friends. When I spoke to Jhonathan for the first time, I bombarded him with questions and told him stories of bad experiences I have had with other realtors. I think I actually told him that if I felt the "fakeness" from him, that I would move on to somebody else. Maybe I didn't tell him, but I sure did think it. Well, I'm still here, and Jhonathon is now part of my family. I didn't feel the pressure of making any type of decision quickly, and Jhonathan didn't make me feel like I was wasting his time like a lot of realtors/lenders do. In fact, Jhonathan told me that he would be with me through the home buying process from beginning to the end, and he stuck to his word. I put an offer on a home and immediately had buyer’s remorse to the point that I wanted to back out of the deal - not because something went bad, but because that's my personality. I just get nervous about making big purchases. After letting Jhonathan know about my concerns, he would quickly put me at ease by reviewing the pros and cons about all the huge decisions I was about to make. Not once did he tell me "don't back out because I put so much time into you" or "I’m going to lose my commission if you back out." Not once did he make it about him. He reassured me and answered all my questions to make me feel comfortable with my decision. Today, I'm the property owner of two homes in a wonderful area of San Dimas thanks to Jhonathan and his team. And now, he is now helping my brothers and my best friend with buying their homes.
