We put out the house for sale with a different broker a year ago, the broker had it listed that long, could not deliver. I closed on January 31, 2023 into a beautiful Townhome in Stroudsburg Pa. I believe that it was God sent that I filled out a survey, and Jhantteil reached out to me. Jhantteil was amazing. I called her originally for a market assessment, because we had someone private interested in buying our home. Her assessment was right where we were thinking. She offered to help us with all the paperwork for the sale, which was a relief to us. The home ended up not meeting all their needs, so we decided to list it with Jhantteil. She was very knowledgeable, professional and sensitive. This was a family homestead for 47 years and she knew how hard it was for us to sell. She explained the staging process and suggested we remove family photos. The professional pictures and drone pictures that were taken of the home were amazing. I truly believe staging and the professional pictures are key to selling a home. Throughout the process she explained everything and answered all of our questions.
