She was very cordial and convincing without resorting to any hard sell dialogue. We decided to list with her (our second listing agent, the first had the listing for 7 months) and she did as she promised in terms of marketing the property. She told us she would keep us informed of progress at least weekly and she did. Uli Wills did an excellent job selling our condo in North Port which went under contract in two days after listing with her. She was very thorough in her analysis to establish a good price. We were not in town during the whole process of the sale. We had frequent communications and she was readily available for any questions or concerns.
