I have worked with Susie Smylie for almost seven years. She managed my rental property in Anthem Ranch. It was a very stress less experience. When I decided to sell I was thrilled that she could help; me out. The entire process of selling was seamless. There was nothing I needed to do except sign the list contract and the sales document. My home was on the market for a day. She had a woman who supervised the relationship of the everything that closes the deal . IE the title company, taxes , homeowners, dates of the inspection the appraisal etc.. She kept me posted every step of the way so I always knew what was going on. Susie lined up any repair work, quotes, cleaning and carpet cleaning people. She also had any remaining furniture and items that I didn't want removed. The house looked like new before closing. I would highly recommend her for any type of real estate transaction!
