I have always wanted to take the first step of financial freedom but subconsciously was too scared to and honestly didn’t know how to. I met Jevincio and explained to him exactly what my goals and what kind of real estate I was wanting. I decided to take the leap and make an offer. Jevincio worked tough and vigorously on negotiating the best possible deal. He help schedule all inspections and was there from start to finish. He is still helping even after the sale. Jevincio is a big family man powered by faith and I am glad I not only gained a life long great realtor but also a friend for life.
