If we can give 10* Jesus would get all of them! he was very instructive and helpful, he was patience with our questions, doubts and concern, he got us qualified with a great lender and help us get all the paperwork together, we are not so tech-skilled but he took the time to assist us throughout the process. Jesus showed us the houses that matched our criteria, he had the necessary knowledge about what was important and what not. If you are looking for a good realtor that really takes care of you and not only his commission, Jesus is the one. We will buy again with him and if we need to sell, we will call his number! Jesus did a great job selling our condo. From day one he was very knowledgeable of the market, he was very helpful and patient. Communication is a key factor and Jesus nailed it. Even late at night he would answer any questions we had, he always kept us well informed of the whole selling process and we closed right on time without any hickups. Would i recommend him? Ofcourse!
