Jessie helped the reviewer sell this property

Fantastic individual!

We met Jessie Teehee through our neighborhood HOA and were immediately impressed by his business acumen and his integrity. We sold a heavily renovated home after living there less than a year. We were unsure how this would impact the sale and the price. He helped us understand the market and set our expectations appropriately. From the initial meeting as a realtor it was clear he is a true professional; he was prepared with a thorough market analysis, toured the property and ensured he had the details of the home and all of the upgrades. Timing is always essential when trying to sell a home and Jessie’s insight into the Edmond market was of great value in planning the promotion of the home prior to the live listing. The excitement and anticipation he built resulted in approximately 25 showings in two days which resulted in at least five competitive and above asking price offers. Jessie helped us navigate the negotiations during the sale as well as the inspection and repair process. The references Jessie provided for repair work were also phenomenal. Jessie was available for any questions and was highly responsive and thorough in his answers. The success of this adventure was largely due to his knowledge and the work Jessie put in; he truly listened, is logical and thoughtful in his words and actions and understands the meaning of exceptional customer service. Thank you sir!
