She was able to direct us to a reliable builder (which was one of my greatest fears: hiring a sketchy contractor), and when we had the final inspection done, the inspector was very impressed with the quality of the work, which inspired us with even more confidence. Wow, I don’t even know where to start? Jessie is magnificent! She is always available, a great communicator, she’s very knowledgeable, extensively through, and is tremendously resourceful! She really works to make sure you find the right home, get the right deal (even when it seems unrealistic) and she Aggressively fights to make sure that you can close as expected. With VA home loans, things can be very difficult. Jessie aggressively addressed the concerns from the VA inspection and was able to use her contacts and work with seller/agent to get repairs done quickly so as to not delay closing! Even while I was working, Jessie was able to solve any and every problem that presented! She works equally well with partnered lenders or ones she’s not familiar with.
