Jessie helped me out when I thought buying a home was just a dream. She put me in contact with all of the right people who were very dedicated in helping me purchase a new home. Jessie showed me dozens of houses that I inquired about. She was very professional and very straight forward. If the home had visible signs of big problems down the road she would point them out. She was very good about staying in contact with me during the process and explained things I didn’t understand. After several showings she had a pretty solid idea of what I was looking for. She knew the setting I wanted, the number of bed and baths, and a garage were all important to me. Jessie found me the house that was perfect. I can not say enough good things about her. I will recommend Jessie to my family and friends in the future when they are looking for a new home. After the purchase of my new home she still checks in on me to make sure everything is still going good, and to make sure I’m still happy. Jessie is honest, professional, knowledgeable, and over all just a wonderful person to work with. She will always be my realtor in the future. I trust her with everything real estate wise. Jessica was very knowledgeable on the process of selling a home, the market and all the steps needing to be taken in between. My house went in contract the first day it was on the market the first people that looked at it. She kept me updated on everything and gave her opinion on everything I was unsure about. I totally trusted her and her process and it worked out so well for me in the end. She is polite very easy on the eyes and knows her job front words and backwards. I would highly suggest her if you were looking to buy or sell a house.

Jessie was friendly and professional. Houses were selling quickly, and it was a bit discouraging. She set appointments as quickly as possible and dealt with the relocation company that owned the property we purchased providing them with the numerous documents they requested.

Wow! Jessie Moyer certainly turned a typically exhausting and difficult process into a completely simplified, clear, concise SUCCESS for my family and I. New state. New town. New home. Mrs Moyer went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and confident at every stage of our new home search, including arranging a go-and-see of 1 of our potential homes shortly after quite the winter storm. Communication between all parties, including promptly distributing and explaining the necessary legal documents. She worked very closely with our lender, as well as the Seller’s team to ensure all parties were equally involved and informed. What can I say?! A process that seemed like a mountain of challenges a month ago was reduced to a few minor mole hills thanks to Mrs Moyer’s persistence, professional knowledge, and her patience across the board.
