We were extremely fortunate to have Jessie as our Realtor In a rapidly changing housing market, Lots of folks were unable to sell their homes or had to settle for prices well below asking, Jessie listed and sold our house in a remarkably short time for a price that was very satisfactory to us. We fell in love with Jessie from the very start. She was very, very personable. She knew her stuff. She knew the market like the back of her hand. She has lots of contacts important for folks who want to sell their homes. Right off the bat, she found us superb contractors to fix up our house and make it pretty for potential buyers. She worked tirelessly, keeping on top of things and updating us on developments at least daily, sometimes several times a day. She returned our calls and texts very quickly. She is a naturally cheerful person and kept up our spirits. When we got an offer, she was very good negotiating with the buyer's real estate agent and even helped her secure financing for the buyer. She definitely is the best real estate agent we've ever had--and we've sold lots of homes.. Show less
