The market had started to soften due to many factors and she made adjustments in her strategy to accommodate for day to day fluctuations with the trends. She made me aware throughout of the many things that I had no knowledge of to get this transaction completed. She understood what I was looking for and kept me informed of anything that fit my bill, I called her late one night and asked if a certain listing was still on the market, she answered, and I drove out within 48 hours and made the offer! She was helpful with contacts, contractors, handyman, etc after the close. I would not work with anyone else in lake county!
Jessica is very easy to work with as she is super knowledgeable and helpful. I asked a million questions, probably to the annoying point, and she always got back to me quickly and had answers ready for me. There were times that I was frustrated with certain parts of the process and Jessica always understood, and helped talk me off the ledge.
