Jessica helped us make the purchase a few years ago during Covid - a very crazy time to be buying a house. We were new to the area and met after connecting online as part of an information search/home query. We had spoken to 4 other Realtors, they just weren't a good fit, but we connected in short order... As part of that process she recommended a lender who provided a pre approval letter quickly which we hadn't done yet [required to even see a home then] along with regular discussions about rates and costs, etc.. Excellent market knowledge and real estate pr0cess

After my house was on the market with another broker for 3months with no offers I decided to take it off the market for 30days. I dreaded the process that entailed the sale of my house due to the prior experience with family members and other brokers. I then got referred to Jessica Tindell and let me tell you that it was the best decision I could have made. This transaction/process couldn't have gone any better. n nJessica's extent knowledge with the market in my neighborhood (St. Johns, North Portland) and in whole was very obvious. She not only gave recommendations but educated me on listing price.
