I met Jessica through a work contact and she just raved about her. At the time, I was talking with another realtor and we weren't quite in sync. As soon as I met Jessica I liked her personally. The first home in which I was under contract she arranged a contractor to see the house so he could bid on some work, that really defined the price point for repairs which ultimately led me to move on. Jessica has contacts in all areas of home improvement all of which were solid. She was able to help me think about value, price and repairs as we moved through each property. When we landed on the home I bought I knew immediately there were going to be multiple offers on the table, turned out there were 4. When we strategized on how to be at the "top of the pile" Jessica had 7/8 non financial strategies in which to pull off being under contract. Just when I thought Jessica couldn't be more valuable, there she was using contractual strategies to move forward. I was so very impressed by her. You can't go wrong using Jessica and her team. They went above and beyond to keep everything smooth and I couldn't be more grateful. I now have the home that's better than anything I could have dreamt up myself. Thank you endlessly!
