When my parents passed away, I needed to quickly sell their rental home in Clearlake. I did some research and found that Jessica Spencer was closing more sales than any other realtor in Clearlake, so I gave her a call. Jessica was amazing. She did a walkthrough of the property and sent me a disclosure statement of what she found, including contractor's estimates for the needed repairs and general cleanup of the property. The estimates were very reasonable and I approved them right away. I thought her suggested sales price was too high, but I couldn't have been more wrong. Within two weeks Jessica brought me a full price offer to sign. There's definitely an advantage working with a realtor that knows their local market. The closing process went smoothly: a mobile notary came to me for signing and the proceeds of the sale were wired to my bank without incident. Thank you, Jessica, for making this so easy for me.
