Jessica Skinner of NextHome Treasure Valley did an excellent job for me. I was looking for a large piece of vacant property with no neighbors at a reasonable price that was driven by time and the sale of two properties in Boise. What I wound up with is 48 acres that overlooks the Snake River surrounded by thousands of acres of BLM lands. I could not be more pleased. This is where I will build my retirement home. Jessica was kind, patient, and easy to communicate with via phone, text, and email. She communicated well with all parties including the title company. Jessica took the time to meet me in another counties to look at other properties I was interested in. Her knowledge of the area and elevations along with understanding the snow fall keep me from buying something that I would have not been able to use during the winter season. I would use Jessica again without question for buy or selling. David M
