Incredible real estate agent, it was love at first sight for me and husband. We knew right away that she was the realtor for us. As first time homebuyers she helped us ask the tough questions and helped us negotiate every step and helped us keep things moving. She understood our vision and what we wanted in a house and she more than delivered. She was very responsive with every question we had and kept us updated almost everyday up to closing. Highly highly recommend her for any house or land buying in your future.

Wow, how do you start. By far the exception to all others. The attention and detail in dealing with other realtors and the market was astonishing. She made other realtors look like toddlers. We were taken care of like royalty and family. I am in the building and environmental world and was extremely impressed with her knowledge of the smallest detail and with great advise. “Hands down” - no question about it. THE BEST there is.

Jess was always professional and had our best interest first and foremost every step of the way! we didn't stop until we found something that would 100% work for what we want. She walked land after land with us looking at drainage and house locations, and always directed us in aspects we knew nothing about. She is a dear friend of ours, but if we were complete strangers I have NO doubt that we would be treated the same way!!

Jessica Self has acted as our realtor on two occasions. We were the buyers on both properties. The first property was a home purchase for my husband and I to live in. We needed a unique property that included acreage and a barn. She spent many days with us, and showed us lots of properties, until we finally found the right one. She took into consideration, our hobbies as well as our needs, and showed us properties in areas that would keep both my husband and myself, happy. The second property was an investment house that she had listed. It is an old house, but in a very good neighborhood. We scheduled several contractors to inspect the house before closing, so that we would know what to expect for repairs. Jessica was professional, and thorough. She is considerate and honest. She is my "go to" when I need a realtor! I highly recommend her.
