Jess is by far the best Realtor you’ll find! We needed our home sold fast. Jess came in and gave us 3 reports. One if we sold and did nothing, one if we invested a little money with suggestions on what to do and one if we sank a lot of money into a major renovation. We decided to go with her recommendations for smaller upgrades and boy did it work out! She coordinated the contractors and had the house painted, hardwoods refinished and the carpet replaced along with some other repairs in less than 2 weeks! Our house was under contract with 11 offers just 4 days after listing. She kept in touch throughout the process, and her assistant was in touch updating us every single week until close. We were stressed just thinking about selling, but Jess and Christina made it so easy. We recommend her to everyone!
