She is savvy about the market and property value, knew which pitfalls to watch out for when certain properties didn’t measure up, knew our preferences and recommended properties that fit our needs, was super responsive with all questions and concerns I had, and guided us through every step of the process so I felt comfortable and secure. For us, the actual process of looking to buying was weirdly fast and at no point was Jess not our advocate and also there to explain exactly what our options were.
